Our Staff

Deborah Lehner Warner

I was raised on a Dairy farm in Ridgefield, Wa and graduated as a Spudder in 1987.  I went on to Clark College to play one year of volleyball and then to UPS to pursue my Master of Physical Therapy degree.  I am proud of my 2 grown Children Darby and Alex who are successful and live here locally.
I am married to Bryan Shull and currently reside in Vancouver, WA. My time treating patients is shared between Ridgefield Physical Therapy and Balanced Physical Therapy which I co-own with Kahn Khabra and Josh Laughlin.  I also co-own Battle Ground Physical Therapy with Shannon Schram.  My practice serves a wide variety of patients with some of my specialty pertaining to Male and Female Pelvic Floor.  I assess and treat pelvic pain, digestion issues, bowel and bladder dysfunction and post operative scar tissue or tissue damage such as diastasis.  As much as possible I spend time with family including my grand daughter, running, camping, hiking, cooking and volunteering.  I look forward to every opportunity to help my patients learn to help themselves.

Jodi Decker

jodi-tree-5-13-16I’m married and a mother of four active young adult children. I enjoy many forms of exercise such as dance, Pilates, hiking and bicycling. My family and I moved here from the mid-west and have been an integral part of Balanced Physical Therapy since January 2003. I also work part time with injury prevention at Frito Lay. I’ve been practicing Physical Therapy for over 30 years and I have a broad range of experience and advanced training in several areas: At one end of the spectrum; I can determine if corrective orthotics are needed and fit them; on the other end I’m confident of being able to help those with TMJ dysfunction. Most recently I became certified in Myokinesthetics which is a method to quickly and easily reset the body to alleviate (and eliminate) pain, restore range of motion and improve posture.
My three main goals with any treatment are evaluate thoroughly; equip the patient with “tools” to recover and progress even after discharge; and problem solve the best methods for a safe return to work, life, and recreational activities.

Sarah Tiffany

I was raised in Spokane, Washington and received my undergraduate degree in Biology from Washington State University. Soon after, I moved to Portland, Oregon to complete my doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. I enjoy living in the Pacific Northwest and am often out exploring new running trails, or hiking with friends up the many mountains we have available here.  Throughout my schooling I developed a passion for women’s health, especially those healing from sexual trauma. This led me to start treating pelvic floor dysfunction for both males and females. I have enjoyed creating a trauma informed atmosphere to help empower patients to regain movement and function. Apart from the pelvic floor, I enjoy treating all other aspects of the body across various age groups. I think it is vital to tailor treatment plans to best meet each of my patient’s goals.  I enjoy coming alongside each person to help them realize their full potential.
